Skilled Nursing and Rehab
 For people who need 24-hour care, Vashon Community Care Center offers quality, compassionate skilled nursing services with appropriate activities and therapies. We provide rehabilitation, convalescent and long term care in our beautiful, rural setting on Vashon Island.
Our staff includes social workers, spiritual care, resident assistants, nurses, and recreation specialists as well as health and rehab professionals.
Family members and friends of residents are always welcome, and often become part of the VCCC community through volunteer opportunities, support groups, and foundation support.
Individuals who require skilled nursing services due to severe and chronic medical conditions or close protective supervision due to cognitive decline receive 24 hour a day supervision and assistance by a care team made up of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Aides.
Those who are recovering from an injury or ilness may also receive these services along with physical and occupational therapy at VCCC prior to their return home.
Daily rates are $237 for a semiprivate room and $261 for a private room.
