What is the Health Resource Center?
Providence Health Resource Center provides information about and referrals to Providence Saint Joseph and Providence Holy Cross Medical Center’s affiliated physicians, health services, community resources and agencies. The center is available to patients, family members, visitors, professional staff, employees and community organizations seeking health information. Services include:

FREE referrals, based on your insurance plan, to primary care physicians or specialists affiliated with Providence Health and Services

Brochures, pamphlets and fliers on preventative health care topics

Information about Providence Health and Services, its facilities and its programs
Where is the Health Resource Center Located?
Providence Health Resource Center is located on the first floor of the south tower at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. This location provides services to the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
