Established in 1977, Providence TrinityCare Hospice was the first hospice to be licensed by the State of California. We are a non-profit organization, Medicare Certified and CHAP accredited. Providence TrinityCare Hospice cares for people in Los Angeles and Orange counties with professional teams in Torrance, Van Nuys and Cerritos, as well as a TrinityKids Care pediatric team.
