Surviving the Loss
Losing a loved one can be one of the most profound challenges we face in the a lifetime. Grief is a necessary healing passage, an emotional and physical transition for which we can never truly prepare. Grief is not an event. It is not an illness. It is private, personal and complex.
For all of the uncertainty, one thing holds true; people must process their pain in their own way, in their own time. TrinityCare Hospice plays a special role in helping people cope with the profoundly difficult process; a life-threatening illness, the expected death, and surviving the loss of a loved one.
With information, education and consistent support, participants of the Bereavement Program are able to work through their grief and make healthy adjustments to the changes in their lives.
