 Clinic Hours
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hours, weekends and holidays there is a physician on call who will be contacted, as needed, for emergencies through our answering service.
Appointments
If you find you must cancel an appointment, we ask you to inform us at least 24 hours prior the appointment. We reserve the right to dismiss a patient for repeatedly failing to keep an appointment without calling to cancel or continually rescheduling appointments on short notice. If you arrive late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.If you are coming for a well child exam, please bring immunization records with you.
Insurance
As a courtesy we will bill your primary and secondary insurance, if the complete information is provided to us at the time of service. We require copays at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. You are responsible for any balance your insurance does not cover.
