Consider Our Research Team For Your Women’s Health Clinical Trials

Providence Medical Group/OB-Gyn Health Center has been a successful clinical research site for several years. We have an excellent reputation in the field of women’s health clinical trials for producing high quality data and implementing successful enrollment strategies.

Completed in 2005, our beautiful 11,500 square foot facility includes 23 exam rooms, two gynecology/urology procedure suites, a spacious conference room, state-of-the-art medical equipment and ample storage space. Mammography and DEXA facilities are located onsite. Our providers include seven physicians, two nurse practitioners and two certified nurse midwives.
Principal Investigator Alan G. Palamara, MD, FACOG, is a Board Certified OB/GYN and has been practicing in our community since 1977. He has conducted numerous studies covering a wide variety of women’s health indications including pelvic pain, menopausal symptoms, uterine fibroids, sexual dysfunction, acne, HPV, osteoporosis, contraception, and urinary incontinence.
We employ two full-time clinical research coordinators with over 20 years combined experience conducting clinical trials. Our staff skillfully executes all aspects of Phase II-IV clinical trial management, from budget and contract negotiations to study close out and archiving.
The population base in southern Oregon has proven itself to be receptive to research and other innovative approaches to health care. Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is located just over two miles from our office, as are several new and established hotels for visitors’ convenience.
