As a volunteer for Providence Festival of Trees, you will play an important role in an event that has become a tradition in Southern Oregon. Each year, dedicated individuals bring the Festival to life.
Installation Crew
Monday and Tuesday
Set-up of event, unload supplies, unpack boxes, categorize supplies, set up workstations and assist with installation of display pieces
Site Decoration HelpersMonday and Tuesday
Check light strands, hang lights, garland, etc., And help decorate the venue
Party Set-up
Wednesday and Thursday
Moving tables and chairs, unpacking boxes and decorating
Ticket Sales
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Greet public, sell tickets and answer questions
Ticket Takers
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Greet public, take tickets at the door and answer questions
Raffle Ticket Seller
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Greet public, be a salesperson, sell tickets and provide information
Santa Helper

Help children sit on Santa's lap, take pictures and/or assemble photo cards
Tree Angel
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Greet public, watch over tree displays to help prevent breakage and answer questions
Pack-up Crew

Prepare trees for delivery, dismantle displays and general clean up

Deliver trees and help set them up in the buyer's home or business
