By including Providence Medford Medical Center in your estate plan, you automatically become a member of the Paul Haviland Heritage Club. Gifts may be in the form of a bequest in your will or living trust, or a life income arrangement funded with stocks, property or cash. These gifts leave a lasting legacy, ensuring that the hospital will be able to continue meeting the healthcare needs of the community for years to come. Gifts may be designated to your specific area of interest.
Heritage Club members are recognized as supporters of Providence Medford Medical Center in any appropriate printed materials, and their names are included on the Donor Wall in the main lobby. Members also receive invitations to Providence Connection events and hospital sponsored educational seminars.
