Donor Appreciation Luncheon The Foundation hosted the annual Donor Appreciation Luncheon on April 10 at the Rogue Valley Country Club to recognize members of the Gold Club, those donors giving $1,000 or more on an annual basis. In 2007, there were 199 members of the Gold Club, and 75 of those members attended the luncheon. Drs. Karen Kronman and E. Bruce Barrows delivered the keynote presentation in which they shared their experience working with the Foundation and Administration to bring the daVinci Robotic Surgical System to Providence Medford Medical Center. Dr. Jarid Simons, a retired research scientist and a grateful patient, spoke about his experience as a patient undergoing robotic surgery at Providence.
John and Marilyn Duke were awarded the 2007 Honorary Service Award for their community leadership and philanthropic support.
