Providence Medical Group Announces
Grand Opening of New Clinic in Phoenix

MEDFORD, Ore (06/01/06)  -- Providence Medical Group (PMG) is celebrating the grand opening of PMG/Phoenix Family Practice on Saturday, June 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The new clinic is located at The Shoppes at Exit 24 and is the new location for Providence family practice physicians Paul Jendre, Eric Webb and Patrick Yeakey.

The expansion of health care services provides convenient access for an underserved community in the Rogue Valley.  “This is an excellent opportunity for citizens to access quality health care within their community,” says Phoenix Mayor Vicki E. Bear, RN.  “As our population grows in and around Phoenix, it helps round out the services our community offers.”

PMG/Phoenix Family Practice occupies 4,800 square feet with a dozen exam rooms, laboratory for blood draws and x-ray services.  “The number one thing we look for in a location is convenience for patients,” says Will Brake, PMG Administrator.  “The Shoppes provides easy access to our medical services.”

The Phoenix clinic is the fifth PMG site in Jackson County.  PMG has more than 40 physicians who provide care for a full range of specialties including internal medicine, family practice, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, and vascular and general surgery.
