Providence Spine Program offers free back screenings by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call (541) 732-7746 or email the Providence Spine Program at Providence Medford Medical Center for an appointment.
When you come to your appointment, a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant will perform an evaluation and work with you to determine your needs. You may then be referred to one of the Providence Spine Program physician specialists.
