Schedule a mammogram Mammogram screening is an important step in the early detection of breast cancer. If you are 40 and older, or if you're younger and think you’re at high risk, we encourage you to schedule an appointment for a screening mammogram (fees apply). Breast self-examinations
In addition to receiving regular mammogram screenings, you are encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle, visit your physician regularly, and pay attention to how your breasts look and feel. Look out for thickening or lumps. If you notice any changes, contact your physician.
