Mother and Noted Author to Share Story of Parenting a Child With Multiple Disabilities

DETAILS:Peggy Lou Morgan, mother of Billy Ray and author of “Parenting Your Complex Child,” will share how she balances the realities of life with the complexities of having a child with multiple disabilities. Peggy Lou has a powerful story of advocacy from a personal and professional perspective –—her  son Billy Ray (now in his 20s) has Down syndrome, autism, pervasive developmental disorder and bipolar disorder.  Peggy and Billy Ray live in La Pine, Ore.
