DETAILS:Peggy Lou Morgan, mother of Billy Ray and author of “Parenting Your Complex Child,” will share how she balances the realities of life with the complexities of having a child with multiple disabilities. Peggy Lou has a powerful story of advocacy from a personal and professional perspective –—her son Billy Ray (now in his 20s) has Down syndrome, autism, pervasive developmental disorder and bipolar disorder.
