In his practice, Dr. Dino Ramzi takes a patient-centered approach to health care. He believes his most important role as a physician is to be an advocate for his patients.
Dr. Ramzi makes every effort to keep his patients as well informed as possible regarding their health concerns. "It's always difficult to know how much information the patient wants and is able to absorb, but that is always the patient's decision," he says. "This is at the core of navigating between what's right 'by the books' and what's right for that specific individual."
Dr. Ramzi received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He completed an internship at St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal and a residency at Montreal General Hospital. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in health policy and management from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ramzi enjoys art, literature and music.
Fatima Shah, D.O.

Dr. Fatima Shah takes a holistic approach to care, treating both mind and body. She strives to provide helpful guidance, educate her patients and encourage them to take an active role in their health care.
In her practice, Dr. Shah emphasizes continuity of care, with easy access and availability for her patients. She is open to discuss any worries her patients might have. “I like to listen to all their issues and concerns,” she says.
Dr. Shah earned her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, N.Y. She completed an internship at St. Joseph Medical Center in Warren, Ohio, and her residency at St. Joseph Medical Center and at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shah enjoys reading, music, working out and visiting new places. She speaks both Mandarin and Urdu.
Xiaotian Yan, M.D.
Board Certified: Family Medicine
Dr. Xiaotian Yan’s philosophy of care is built upon respect and trust. “Being patient and listening to my patients is my most important role as a primary care physician,” he says.
He emphasizes preventive care in his practice, encouraging patients to take charge of their health through a healthy diet, exercise and symptom control.
Dr. Yan received his medical degree from Shanghai Medical University. He completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Texas Tech University, Lubbock.
In his free time, Dr. Yan enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and children.
