Providence Occupational Heath is the premier occupational health program in Portland, Oregon. Our three clinics and medical staff are solely dedicated to the work-related medical care including occupational medical exams and work injury care for employers. Occupational medicine is our sole purpose.
Our clinics provide employment related physical exams including pre-placement exams, Department of Transportation exams, school bus driver exams, medical surveillance exams for employees who work with hazardous materials, respirator medical exams, executive health exams and fitness for duty evaluations. In addition to physicals, we provide a full range of ancillary services including physical capacity testing, audiometric testing, urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, blood lead testing, respirator fit testing and employment vaccinations.
Providence Occupational Health provides On-Site Flu Shot clinics. A shot may protect you and your employees against getting and spreading the flu virus.

Respirator Fit Testing to meet OSHA requirements is now available at our Employer Services clinic. Respirator Fit Testing can be perfomed with respirator evaluations or as a stand alone service to meet annual fit testing needs.
