Hospital pre-registrationMany women have no need to come to the Family Maternity Center until it is time for the birth of their babies. Completing your hospital pre-registration by the end of your 24th week of your pregnancy will ensure that the staff at the hospital will be ready for your arrival should you need to come in early. The pre-registration form will ask for the name of your baby’s doctor. Choosing a doctor for your baby is important, as this provider will care for your child for many years. You can search for a doctor online or call Providence Resource Line at 503-574-6595 (toll-free 1-800-562-8964) for help in finding a doctor for your baby.
