Navigational Keys

The navigational system keys allow you to replay, stop, transfer, skip, move forward, and jump through the recorded information.

 to cancel: press the pound key If you make a mistake entering a number, simply press the # key to cancel your entry.
 for information: press the star key To receive more information at any time during the message, press the * key. You'll be connected to voice mail; leave your name and phone number so a representative can call you back. If you would like to have a printed copy of a taped message mailed to you, leave your name and adress.
 to pause: press the 1 key If you would like to pause the message you are listening to for 15 seconds, you can do so by pressing 1. You can then press 1 again to continue playing the message.
 to replay the last 6 seconds: press the 2 key If you would like to replay the last 6 seconds of a message, you can press 2. To start the message from the beginning, you can press 2 twice.
 to forward by 6 seconds: press the 3 key If you want to skip ahead within the message you're listening to, just press 3 to jump forward. This will forward the message 6 seconds.
 to move to another topic: press the 4 key If you decide not to listen to a topic you have entered, press 4, followed by the number of the message you want to hear.
 to replay a message from the beginning: press 7 If you wish to replay the message from the beginning, press 7.
 to increase the volume: press 9 To increase the volume, press 9.
 to return volume to normal: press 8 To return the volume back to normal, press 8.
