In compliance with the current Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) work hours policy, call assignments do not exceed 1 in 4 nights, and schedules include a monthly average of one day in seven completely away from the program. At off-site rotations, residents may participate in long-call/short-call arrangements with residents from other specialties.
Call may be taken from home in the PGY 2 and PGY 3 years.
