Our programs offer individualized treatment within the framework of proven addiction treatment concepts. Patients are referred to these services by care providers, schools, mental health professionals, agencies, managed care companies, and friends and family by calling 503-574-9200.

These services help patients meet legal requirements for treatment when ordered by the courts, including:
Progress monitoring while in treatment
Court – and state – required drug screening
Educational services for those who do not require full treatment
Dual diagnosis
When patients have both mental health and chemical dependency problems, this program coordinates treatment for both. Residential, intensive outpatient services and outpatient services are available.
Detox/residential chemical dependency
This program mixes best practice medical care with therapy based on a motivational model. The goal of this program is to provide the time and treatment needed to stabilize patients and teach them the foundation skills. These skills will help prevent relapse upon re-entering into their own social environment:
Fourteen days of 24-hour medically supervised care
Detoxification and stabilization
Group treatment
Case management
Day residential
This care option allows patients structured re-integration into their social environment. This bridge to outpatient services provides the patient the continued structure and support they need to avert relapse. The services offered are:
Daily structure, support and group treatment
One to two weeks extension post residential or detox stay
