Providence Cancer Center is mourning the passing of Paul Kucera, M.D., former medical director of the Providence Gynecologic Oncology Program. Dr. Kucera was a pioneer in treating ovarian cancers and was dedicated to women’s health for 23 years. His exceptional skills as a surgeon and unwavering excitement about the Providence Cancer Center and future of gynecologic oncology here were motivating to all who crossed his path.
We are currently working to develop a long-term program plan for providing effective, compassionate gynecologic oncology care for the community. In the meantime, our priority is to assist you, if necessary, to establish care with another physician for continued care needs.
