I can offer emotional support, advocacy, community resources, case management, and education. I am aware of several resources within the Providence Health & Services System, as well as the greater community. I can arrange help within the home, identify transportation options, find financial aid and medication assistance, point you in the direction of support groups, and/or individual counseling."
