Our Beneficiary: The Center for Medically Fragile Children
The proceeds from the Heart of Gold Dinner will benefit the Center for Medically Fragile Children at Providence Child Center. The center is the only 24-hour skilled nursing facility in the Northwest dedicated to children with complex medical needs and profound disabilities needing long-term care, short-stay respite or end-of-life care. Focused on every aspect of a medically fragile child’s life, this 58-bed facility provides medical care, developmental and educational guidance, as well as an enriching environment full of activities that help each child reach his or her fullest potential. The Center for Medically Fragile Children allows these extraordinary children to move beyond their limitations and experience life to its fullest.
