2006 NW Natural Street of Dreams Home to Benefit Providence Child Center

Umpqua Bank is teaming up with award-winning builder, KDC Construction, LLC, for the 31st Annual NW Natural Street of Dreams charity home – The Providence House.
A significant portion of The Providence House’s net proceeds will be designated by KDC Construction, LLC and their building partners to help endow the Center for Medically Fragile Children at Providence Child Center. The home is being marketed by John L. Scott Real Estate, who will also be contributing 100% of their commissions from the sale of the home to the Center.
The goal is to raise $100,000 or more or to help endow Providence Child Center in perpetuity so there will be a place for families to turn to for generations to come. Wouldn’t that be a dream come true!
The Providence House is a two-story Northwest craftsman inspired home, nestled on three beautiful acres in Hidden Lake Estates. This tranquil retreat includes 1,800 square feet of covered outdoor living areas which overlook a multi-tiered water feature, mature landscaping and your own private forest.
This 6,650 square foot home, priced at $2.5 million, features an expansive gourmet kitchen with great room, master-on-the-main, grand study, formal dining with butler’s pantry, multi-use media room, recreation room, sun porch, guest suite and hobby/garden area. The Providence House embodies the ultimate expression of casual, comfy, yet refined Northwest living.
The 2006 NW Natural Street of Dreams will be held July 29 through August 27 at Hidden Lake Estates in Oregon City. For more information, please visit www.streetofdreamspdx.com.
