“The things that have helped me the most in this process have been the accountability and the structure of the day program. I had to run experiments, some that succeeded and some that failed and I learned that regardless of their results, these “tests” gave me information. There is very little that I would change about my experience, though I wish I’d come to treatment sooner.”
