The exam includes:
A resting ECG (electrocardiogram)
A risk factor questionnaire
A complete cholesterol screen (12-hour fast required)
A fasting lipid panel (including cholesterol and blood sugar levels)
A laminated ECG wallet card (with results for you and your primary care physician
