Camp Erin is a fun-filled, high-energy weekend summer camp designed specifically for young people ages 6 to 17 who have experienced the death of a loved one. Grieving children benefit from the variety of meaningful activities led by professional bereavement counselors and specially trained volunteers. The camp is offered free of charge through generous grants from The Moyer Foundation and Providence Hospice Programs. If you would like more information, please call us at 503-215-CARE or e-mail us at CampErinPortland@providence.org. Finally, save the date! All 2009 Camp Erin families, campers and staff will attend a get-acquainted Pizza Party on Thursday night, Aug. 20.
