Avoid Calcium and Milk

Intake of dairy foods and calcium may be associated with an increased risk of prostate cancer. It is reasonable to keep dairy foods as a small part of your diet, and to avoid using calcium supplements unless there’s a very strong reason to use them. The small amount of calcium in most multivitamins is not an issue. Hopefully, the question of any relationship between dairy foods and other calcium sources and prostate cancer will be resolved soon.
