Volunteers are essential to the special care Hospice provides. Whether a volunteer is helping families, visiting patients, consoling the bereaved, or helping at the office, each contributes greatly to the quality of life of the people we serve. Fulfilling the Mission of Providence Health & Services in Oregon depends in large part on the generous spirit of our donors. In support of the Providence mission, donors help provide a great range of services and activities, from the purchase of medications for needy patients... to innovative cancer research... to guest housing for patients and family members coming from long distances.
