Orders for photograph reprints are placed with the Providence Archives staff. In placing an order, the user indicates an understanding of and agreement with the conditions outlined below.
CONDITIONS OF REPRODUCTION
1. Reprints are produced by a photographer approved by the Archives.
2. The user assumes responsibility for all laboratory costs, including reprinting, production of a negative when necessary, taxes, and shipping. New negatives become the property of the Archives. Negatives are not available for loan or purchase.
3. The Archives reserves the right to deny reproduction of any material that could be physically damaged in the process.
CREDIT LINE AND COPIES REQUESTED
1. Any publication of images from the Archives must include the following credit line: "Courtesy: Providence Archives, Seattle, Washington".
2. One copy of any publication using an image from the Archives will be donated to the Archives.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
1. Reprints are for use as specified at time of order and may not be duplicated for subsequent use or sale.
2. A publication fee of $25 per image is assessed for each one-time publication in any media form. The fee may be waived by the archivist for non-profit projects. User must complete the "Application to Publish" available from the Archives.

The researcher assumes all responsibility for infringement of copyright.
