Providence Archives maintain student transcripts for Providence Academy, Vancouver, Washington; St. Joseph Academy, Yakima, Washington; and Providence Heights College of Sister Formation, Issaquah, Washington. To order an official copy of your transcript, please write to the Archives with the following information:
- Date of birth
- School attended
- Full name (maiden name, if applicable)
- Dates of attendance/graduation
- Address(es) of where to send the transcript(s)
- Signature
A service fee of $5.00 is charged for each copy requested. Please make check payable to "Sisters of Providence."
