If you would like to request medical supplies or equipment for a specific institution in a developing country, please complete an application, providing as much information as possible. The application process includes an internal review to determine whether Providence Health International is able to assist your organization, and to what extent. Note that any donations provided by Providence Health International are expected to be distributed free of charge.
