Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is part of Providence Health & Services in Oregon, a not-for-profit network of hospitals, care centers, health plans, physicians, clinics, home health services, affiliated services and educational facilities. Providence’s Columbia Gorge Service Area includes Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital; Providence community clinics; and senior facilities. A true community hospital, Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is located in the scenic Columbia River Gorge at the base of Mount Hood and just 60 miles east of Portland. Programs and Services
Occupational Health Clinic
Provides pre-employment physicals; hearing and drug testing; work-site occupational health nurses; and injured worker treatment and follow-up.

Sleep Lab Clinic
Diagnoses central or obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep disorders, and evaluates the effectiveness of treatments through the use of nasal CPAP and BiPAP.

Infusion Therapy Clinic
Provides services for people who need ongoing blood transfusions and antibiotic therapy.

Ray T. Yasui Dialysis Center
Provides end-stage renal dialysis for patients from throughout the Columbia River Gorge, eastern Oregon and eastern Washington.

Surgeons Clinic
Offers most types of general surgery, including colorectal, breast, skin and other cancers; GERD; hernia repair; gallbladder disease and other intestinal problems; bariatric concerns; varicose veins; diseases of the vascular system; and trauma.

Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic
Provides diagnosis and treatment for ENT problems including thyroid and parathyroid management, salivary gland concerns, sinus and allergy management, facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, head and neck cancer, and neck masses.

Arthritis Clinic
Offers diagnosis and treatment, including infusion therapy, for people with all forms of arthritis and other rheumatological conditions.

Internal Medicine Clinic
Provides primary medical care for people age 18 and over.

Urology Clinic
Specializes in a full range of pediatric and adult urological services.

Cardiology Clinic
Offers diagnosis and treatment for the cardiovascular system.

Cardiac Rehabilitation
Offers exercise, nutrition and lifestyle support services for people who have had a recent cardiac event and for persons at risk of heart disease.

Home Health Services
Provides registered nurse care, home health aides, rehabilitation and social services to residents in their homes, as prescribed by a physician.

Women’s Clinic
Provides full-service gynecology, including ultrasound, major and endoscopic surgery, basic infertility, urinary incontinence treatment and surgery, as well as normal and high-risk obstetrics.

Providence Gorge Counseling & Treatment Services
As an outpatient behavioral health center, provides assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, adults and families; drug and alcohol abuse evaluations, individual treatment and group treatment; and occupational health drug and alcohol assessments.

Travel Health Services
Offers international travelers complete health services, with an emphasis on prevention.

Providence Mountain Clinic
Operates at Mount Hood Meadows Ski Resort when the resort is open, with physicians, nurses, radiology technicians and admitting personnel.

Providence Senior Village
Offers four types of housing for older adults: independent, active retirement apartments; independent living apartments for seniors in financial need and disabled people; assisted living apartments; and a secure, homelike memory care facility.
