Private Rates
As our apartments are all studios, our rates vary based on the amount of assistance needed.
The assessment process uses answers given by you and your family about the needs you have and assigns points based on your answers. These points are added together and determine which of five rate levels you would be in based on the amount of assistance you need. There are no “ala cart” costs. Rent is on a month-to-month basis.

We do accept Medicaid and allow our private pay residents to convert to Medicaid. We require that new residents be private pay for 24 months before converting.
