PVNA promotes an alcohol & drug-free workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
If your professional calling is to truly make a difference in the lives of patients and to feel connected with the meaning in your work, consider home health! Home health provides the opportunity for one-on-one care...with time to really get to know patients and their family members.
PVNA staff express high satisfaction in how well their personal and professional values integrate with PVNA's charitable mission and strong values-based workplace.
PVNA has implemented point-of-care documentation using tablet computers and also utilizes technologies as they become available and effective in the home setting. This includes single-lead ECGs, ultrasounds, CoaguChek meters, oximeters, digital cameras and more. Our goal is always to incorporate these technologies in a way that enhances our quality of care and the relationship with patient and family
At PVNA you will experience: appreciative patients, support in providing high quality care, continuous professional growth, supportive experienced colleagues, autonomy, a great work environment and more flexibility than most settings for balancing work schedules with personal lives.
For those wanting to personally experience the home health environment, we can arrange opportunities to accompany PVNA staff on their home visits.
When newly hired employees begin their work, VNA provides a thorough orientation experience.
