Nutrition for Toddlers Program to Air on TCTV

OLYMPIA--Is your toddler eating the right foods for a healthy lifestyle? Pediatrician and nutritionist Amy Belko, M.D., Ph.D., will offer recommendations for feeding your 2- to 5-year-old child a healthy diet.

Topics include tips for healthy eating, feeding finicky eaters, childhood obesity and effects of alternative lifestyle diets on children. The program is sponsored by Providence St. Peter Hospital.

The program will air on TCTV channels 22/29 at the following times:

  • Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sept. 4 at 12 p.m.
  • Sept. 9 at 10 a.m.
  • Sept. 14 at 7 p.m.
  • Sept. 17 at 12:30 p.m.
  • Sept. 19 at 11 a.m.
  • Sept. 23 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sept. 25 at 12 a.m.
