Billing Inquiries - Centralia Hospital

 

Providence Centralia customer service representatives can help answer questions you may have about your hospital bill. Representatives can be reached Monday–Friday between 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

When will I receive my hospital bill?
After our billing department has contacted your primary, secondary and tertiary insurance companies and they have paid the claim, you can expect to receive a bill within 30 days.

What charges will be included on my bill?
Your hospital bill will include all of the hospital charges for treatment and services you received at our facility. Your bill will not include emergency room physician charges or charges for your personal care such as those from your personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, radiologist or other physician consultants. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.

When is payment due?
Payments are due within 30 days of receiving the bill.

Can hospital bills be paid by credit card?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover/Novus credit card payments.

What if I can’t pay in full by the due date? How do I make payment arrangements?
If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact our customer service department Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., at 800-643-7018. 

I received a copy of my bill but do not understand the charges. Can I meet with someone face-to-face to get my questions answered?
Yes. Our customer service representatives would be happy to answer your billing questions. Please call (360) 330-8926 to schedule an appointment.
