The Community Board of Providence Centralia Hospital oversees the hospital's health care programs and services. The board's primary focus is to further the mission and values of the Sisters of Providence following the Health System policies and directives.

In addition to overseeing the hospital's quality management and improvement programs, licensing and external accrediting organization requirements, and the policies of the Providence Health System, the board approves all provider credentialing in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws Rules and Regulations. The board also provides advice, counsel and recommendations to the Southwest Washington Service Area chief executive and Providence Centralia chief executive.

These dedicated volunteers provide direction and advice to continually improve the operations of Providence Centralia Hospital. We appreciate their commitment to our hospital and community.
