Providence Centralia Lifeline Program

 

Lifeline provides assistance to individuals, regardless of age, to live freely and more independently in their own homes. Help is available at the push of a button 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Benefits of Lifeline

  • Ideal for patients returning home and recovering from a fall/illness or simply someone living alone.
  • Allows one to remain safely and independently in your own home.
  • Alleviates stress and concern for caregivers and family members.
  • Increases confidence in performing favorite daily activities.
  • Enables one to get immediate help, such as family member, neighbor or emergency services at the push of a button.

Lifeline Service and Products

  • Personal Help Buttons are waterproof and should be worn at all times.
  • The buttons are designed to be comfortable and can be worn as an elastic wrist band, a watch, or as an adjustable necklace.
  • Communicators are equipped with volume controls to help those with hearing limitations.
  • Lifeline products are available for the physically challenged and disabled.
  • Caregivers are also able to install Lifeline the same day of patients discharge with Lifeline’s Activation Voice Prompts.
