Description of Event:The 10-minute video, "The Good News About Fall Prevention", produced by Seattle Pacific University School of Health Sciences, will be shown in Kittitas County during the month of January 2009. The video highlights home safety and a falls-free environment. The Kittitas County Senior Fall Prevention Coordinator will be available to answer questions and demonstrate strength and balance exercises designed to help prevent falls. The events are free and refreshments will be served.
