Six residents will be selected for the first year positions through the National Resident Matching Program. Applicants not enrolled in the NRMP are NOT CONSIDERED for first year positions in this program. Residents enter the program with the understanding that they are joining the integrated three-year program and will complete the residency if the experience is mutually satisfactory to the resident and the Providence St. Peter Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program team.
We extend personal interviews to applicants only after reviewing the following items:

- Two reference letters (in addition to Dean's letter). One letter must be from a family physician.
- USMLE or COMLEX part I scores.
- Transcript.
