Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by telephone 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Our office is closed on weekends and major holidays. Patient office appointment hours vary. If you have been referred to our office for a possible surgery or procedure, you will consult with one of the surgeons in our office before any procedure is performed (surgery will be performed at a later date).

Insurance & Payment for Services
We accept most insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid and Labor & Industries. Co-payments, down payments and payments for non-covered services are expected at the time of service. We understand that surgery can be an unexpected hardship and are willing to work out a reasonable payment plan if you need to carry a balance.

After Hours
If you have an emergency, call 9-1-1. If you have an urgent problem, please call our regular business line at 360-736-1195. The recorded message will give you instructions on how to reach the surgeon who is on call.

The doctors and staff at Providence General Surgery believe that a good physician/patient relationship is based on understanding and communication. Please call our office if you have any questions.
