We are open for appointments Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. For medical emergencies call 911. For prescription refills, contact your pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for the medication to be filled.

Insurance and Payment for Services
We accept most insurances and Medicare. Contact your insurance carrier or our office if you have questions. Co-payments and payments for uncovered services are expected at the time of service. We will be happy to work out payment arrangements. Please let our staff know how we can help you.
