 Stephen Hennessey, M.D., is a board-certified general surgeon who started working at Providence Centralia Hospital in 1988. Dr. Hennessey specializes in surgery, laparoscopy and endoscopy for conditions such as gallbladder, appendicitis, breast disease and upper and lower gastrointestinal diseases. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, fellow of the American College of Surgeons, member of the Washington State Medical Association and was recognized as one of America's Top Surgeons by the Consumer Research Council.
Dr. Hennessey graduated from the University of Texas Medical Center and completed his internship and general surgery residency at University of Texas affiliated hospitals.
