 Sara Crookshank is a board-certified physician assistant. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in December 2006 with distinction and academic excellence. She received her B.S. in biology from Chadron State College in Nebraska, graduating cum laude.
Sara Crookshank joined the Providence Neurosurgery Clinic in 2007. Her passion is to deliver high quality and competent care while making patients feel comfortable and at ease.
