Office Hours
We are open for appointments from 8:30 a.m.
to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. For medical emergencies call 911. If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until regular office hours, contact the Family Birth Center at 360/330-8629 and you will receive instructions. For prescription refills, contact your pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for the medication to be filled.

Insurance and Payment for Services
We accept most insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. Contact your insurance carrier or our office if you have questions. Co-payments and payments for uncovered services are expected at the time of service. We will be happy to work out payment arrangements. Please let our staff know how we can help.
