A pulse check for your practice.  This tool allows you to benchmark your practice against MGMA standards.  It helps you define areas of your practice that are financially vulnerable.  The accompanying worksheet allows you to enter your raw data and the tool will perform the calculations for you.  The Practice Support Office will provide follow-up support to answer any questions you have on how to utilize this tool (Excel document).

A template with charts and formulas to review your past and present financial and work effort trends.  Understand and track the key indicators that help you project the financial status of your practice.  The spreadsheet allows you to enter raw monthly data.  Graphs and totals are embedded in the tables (Excel document).

Financial Assessment Tool
