Appointments
We are open for appointments from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. After hours or weekends, if you have a medical problem that cannot wait until regular office hours, call our office at 360.273.8818 and you will receive instructions for contacting the on-call provider. Call 911 for immediate help.

Insurance & Payment for Services
We accept most insurances, Medicare and DSHS Medicaid. Contact your insurance carrier or our office if you have questions. Co-payments and payments for uncovered services are expected at the time of service. We will be happy to work out payment arrangements.
