Are you living your life to your soul's content? Are you tuned into the messages your body is sending you? Based on their book, "Create the Body Your Soul Desires: The Friendship Solution to Weight, Energy and Sexuality," Dr. Deborah Kern and Dr. Karen Wolfe, Australian physician, will share practices for connecting mind, body and spirit that can release stress and give you more energy. Weaving science, stories and personal experiences, the doctors will share advice on how you can live your life to the fullest. Their dynamic presentation will change the way you view and care for your body, soul and relationships with others.

About Our Speakers
Dr. Deborah Kern attended Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and holds a master's degree in business administration and a doctorate in health sciences. She is a Nia black belt teacher, a certified yoga instructor and a Phoenix Rising Yoga therapist. She is an international speaker on the topics of mind-body connection, women's health, life simplification, holistic fitness and breaking the cycle of stress.
Dr. Karen Wolfe graduated from Sydney University Medical School and was a primary care physician prior to being medical director of the Australian Government Health Service. She earned a master's degree in psychology from National University in Irvine, California. Dr. Wolfe is an international speaker with a special focus on mind-body medicine and women's health. She is a certified mindful life coach, a mindful coaching trainer and a pioneer in the field of integrative medicine.
