Providence St. Peter Hospital's dedicated pediatric unit provides a safe, comfortable environment for children and their families. Our highly experienced registered nursing staff and expert pediatric physicians provide compassionate care.

New Facility
Our new Bill Jones Pediatric Unit opened in 2007, built with a gift from the estate of Bill Jones, a much loved local entrepreneur who wanted to help children. Highlights of the pediatric unit include:

Fully secured unit to ensure safety of children
Private treatment room
Family-friendly design featuring an outdoor nature theme
Fold-out sleeping chairs in each room
Flat-screen televisions with DVD/VCR
Wireless computer access

Pediatric Hospitalists
In early 2008, we will be fully equipped to provide 24-hour pediatric coverage by board-certified pediatricians who will work in conjunction with community pediatricians to provide comprehensive care exclusely to children. Our pediatric hospitalist program is a partnership with Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
