Providence Neurosurgery accepts most major insurance carriers. We participate with Medicare and the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. We also follow Providence's charity care policy for patients who do not have medical insurance.
Our trained business office professionals will work with you individually to assist you with your financial needs. Please bring your insurance card to each office visit so we can record the most current information.
